AIRPORT TRANSFER
Cancun International Airport is 40 miles North of Playa del Carmen, a quick 45 minutes down the coastal Highway 307.
To avoid the hassle of taking a taxi or finding the shuttle bus at the airport, Hotel Riviera Caribe Maya recommends its private airport transfer which is available for guests 24/7.
Book this service with us directly and your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals area of the airport holding a sign with your name. The driver will then escort you to your air-conditioned vehicle and will bring you directly to the hotel where you can pay the service at the front desk.

Much more expensive transportation companies will try to sell you their services as you come out of customs - just say no and keep walking! If you cannot find your driver, please call us at the hotel on +52 984 873 1193/1194 and we will verify his whereabouts.
Do not worry if there are slow queues through immigration or customs, your driver will wait for you!
